The facility shall provide a suitable venue / area / environment for the animal interactions to occur (please discuss any questions or concerns with Creature Connections prior).

We agree:*

The facility are required to provide adequate supervisors to assist with management of the students / residents to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the animals and Creature Connections staff.

We agree:*

The facility must notify Creature Connections of any environmental hazards and of any students / residents with any relevant phobias / fears / allergies.

We accept:*

While all care is taken with the animals (which are used to being handled), Creature Connections are not liable for any harm of damage to person or property.

Upon booking confirmation this booking enquiry will form the contract between the facility and Creature Connections.
